Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the TCC Protection mobile application (the “Service”) and the thecybercrimes.com website (the “Site”) operated by The Cyber Crimes (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Description of Service TCC Protection is a cybersecurity application designed to help users protect themselves from online scams, phishing attempts, malware, and other digital threats by providing firewall services, real-time scanning, and threat intelligence.

2. Subscriptions Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

 

3. User Responsibilities You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

 

4. Prohibited Uses You agree not to use the Service: (a) For any unlawful purpose. (b) To attempt to circumvent or disable any security features. (c) To reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the application. (d) In any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

5. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Cyber Crimes and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Pakistan and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TCC.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be 100% accurate or reliable.

In no case shall The Cyber Crimes, our directors, employees, or partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, financial losses, lost data, or other similar damages, arising from your use of the service, even if advised of their possibility.

7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Cyber Crimes and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

8. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of World Laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Justice.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
